Frequently asked questions
Does the subscription include AI model (token) costs?
Self-serve plans use your own AI key — you connect OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or a local model, and token billing stays between you and your provider. On Managed Growth you can bring your own key or add a managed token package with a fixed monthly cap.
Does the assistant send messages automatically?
No. The assistant reads the pages you open, fills in profile details from visible content and prepares personalized drafts, but every reply or message is filled into the input box and waits for your review. You approve and press send — always.
What counts as an AI action?
One user action — generating a draft or starting a review run — counts once, regardless of how many model calls happen internally. Free includes 50 per month; Pro is unlimited.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Pro is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. Managed Growth has a 3-month minimum, after which it is monthly. Campaign Sprint is a one-time fixed-price purchase with no recurring fee.
How do I get started after contacting you?
For Pro we activate your account manually today (self-serve checkout is coming). For Sprint and Managed Growth we run a short scoping call, confirm the target profile and deliverables, and start within a week.
