Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform

1. What Sifted is

Sifted Network is a business growth platform. Our browser assistant helps you review, organize, and save information from web pages you choose to visit, and the dashboard helps you manage that information. Sifted is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Google, X/Twitter, or any other third-party platform you may visit while using it.

2. Your account and your responsibilities

  • You act on your own account.When you use the browser assistant on third-party platforms, you do so under your own account and your own session. You are solely responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and usage rules.
  • Account risk is yours. Third-party platforms may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that use assistant or automation tools. By using Sifted, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Sifted is not liable for any third-party account restriction or loss.
  • Data you collect is yours to justify. You decide what information to save. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, store, and use that information — including personal data of third parties — and for complying with applicable data protection and anti-spam laws (e.g. GDPR, PIPL, CAN-SPAM) in your use of it, including any outreach you send.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Sifted to violate any law, to harass or spam individuals, or to infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or publish personal data collected through Sifted in bulk.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent the technical safeguards of Sifted or of any third-party platform.
  • Honor opt-out requests. If a person asks you to stop processing their data, delete it (see our Opt-Out page).

4. How the software behaves

The browser assistant operates at human-like pacing by design: actions are sequential, rate-limited with randomized delays, and capped per run. It never bypasses access controls, never solves CAPTCHAs automatically, and never accesses content you could not already view in your own browser. When a platform presents a verification challenge, the assistant pauses and waits for you to complete it manually.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro / Enterprise) are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sifted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of accounts, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Links

We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our platform and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

9. Modifications

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the dashboard. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
